Lista Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Lista mobile app and related services. Lista is provided by Kernelics LLP, a company registered in England and Wales under company number OC448443, with its registered address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX ("Lista", "we", "us", or "our").
By using Lista, you agree to these Terms. You should also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts
You may need an account to use Lista. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lista. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Lista only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Lists, Groups, Sharing, and User Content
Lista lets you create and share shopping lists, templates, groups, images, invitations, and related content. You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us a limited right to host, process, sync, display, and share that content as needed to provide Lista and the features you choose to use.
You are responsible for the content you add to Lista and for the people you invite. Invitation links and codes may allow access to lists, templates, groups, or subscription-sharing groups until they expire or access is removed. Owners can manage access and remove participants, and invited users can leave shared spaces.
Other members of a shared list, template, group, or subscription-sharing group may see your display name and avatar. Lista does not show your email address to other users.
You must not use Lista to share unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful, or spam content, or to interfere with the app, other users, or our systems. We may delete content or remove accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if required by law. If you believe content or user behavior violates these Terms, contact us at app@support.lista-shopping.com.
Lista is provided for personal, household, and internal organisational use. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Lista, use it to build a competing service, or rely on it for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required recordkeeping purposes.
Subscriptions
Lista may offer paid subscriptions with monthly or yearly billing and a free trial where available. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings, and are subject to the app store's payment and refund rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Deleting Lista or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status.
Subscription-sharing codes may let invited users access paid features under another user's subscription. Access may end if the subscription expires, payment fails, or sharing access is removed.
AI Price Estimates
Lista may provide AI-generated price estimates when you request them. Price estimates are for convenience only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and are not retailer offers, quotes, financial advice, or guarantees that a product is available at a particular price.
Notifications and Communications
Lista may send service notifications about app activity, such as shared lists, shared templates, and shared-list status changes, where you have enabled them. You can manage supported notification categories in the app and can also disable notifications through your device settings.
We may send transactional emails, such as email verification and password recovery messages. We will send marketing communications only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
App Availability and Changes
Some features require an internet connection and may not work if your connection, device, app-store account, or third-party services are unavailable.
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Lista from time to time. We try to keep Lista reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Termination
You may stop using Lista at any time and may delete your account in the app or request deletion at https://lista-shopping.com/delete-account. We may delete your account if you violate these Terms, create risk for Lista or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Liability
Lista is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, or limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory laws in your country give you additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
