Delete Account and Data

You can request deletion of your Lista account and related personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the Lista app from account settings, or send a request by email to app@support.lista-shopping.com.

If you request deletion by email, include the email address linked to your Lista account so we can verify and process your request.

What Will Be Deleted

Deleting your account removes personal account data and data that is solely owned by you, including your profile and your own lists, groups, and templates.

What May Remain

Content that you previously added to shared spaces owned by another user may remain in those shared spaces because Lista does not store that shared content with an author reference.

Processing Time and Subscriptions

We handle deletion requests as quickly as possible and typically complete valid requests within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
